Enhanced Veterans Solutions Acquires intelliSolutions, Inc.; Expands into Navy Market

Fairfax, VA – November 9, 2022 – Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) is pleased to announce the acquisition of San Diego, CA based intelliSolutions, Inc. (iSinc), effective November 1, 2022. iSinc’s principal expertise is in Information Technology and Mission Support Services and they specialize in Maritime Surveillance and Satellite Communications in the Sea, Air, Land, Space, and Cyber Warfighting Domains for multiple U.S. Navy customers. iSinc’s company name will remain the same but will reclassify itself as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
